The Healing Nautilus: A unique exhibition of blessings by indigenous healers from around the world.

Amidst the beautiful and inspirational red rocks of Sedona, Arizona, Ringing Rocks Foundation has created a place of spiritual and personal revitalization and healing. The Healing Nautilus is a unique journey of sight, sound and interaction that evokes the experience of being in the presence of the healers of each culture with whom we have worked.

The sacred walk of The Healing Nautilus is a journey of blessings from medicine keepers and holy people from around the world. All of these spiritual teachers are part of the Ringing Rocks family. They previously told their life stories and shared their healing ways in contribution to our book series, Profiles of Healing. Now they generously permit their images, prayers, music, and sacred objects to be available in this sacred place. The Healing Nautilus provides a space for you to open your heart to receive numerous blessings. It is sanctioned by some of the oldest spiritual practices.

Selected pictures, cultural ritual items, and audio recordings are presented so that as you walk through the curved exhibit, your experience progresses from the soft chants of the Dine and Lakota of North America, to receiving the blessings of Guarani elders and Brazilian faith healers. From the prayers of the Balians, to an encounter with the vibrant music performed during healing ceremonies of the Shakers of St. Vincent, you are immersed in a unique, intimate journey. Your exploration culminates with rare video footage of the high-energy shamanic dance of the Kalahari Bushmen. We invite you to visit this special place and join the dance.

A free 35 minute audio tour narrated by Dr. Keeney including prayers, songs and music from the various healers included in the exhibit is available.

The Exhibition is located at 3190 West Highway 89A, Sedona AZ. It is open Monday through Saturday 10 am until 5 pm. Admission is Free.
